During the first three years we purchased and redeveloped four listed cottages in the Hutton area.

Towards the end of the eighties interest rates began rising rapidly and which made borrowing expensive and also caused a downturn in property prices.

We then turned our attention to building extensions and loft conversions, since there was a demand for this work as people were staying put rather than moving home.

During the intervening years we have built over two hundred extensions and carried out numerous loft conversions.

Demand for our services has never waned over the years and we are pleased to say that this trend continues now more than ever.

Our service consists of a visit to your property to discuss your proposed plans and to carry out a site survey. We will then prepare a detailed quotation, which will include any additional work not shown on the plans. Our team consists of two brothers, a semi retired father and a select group of tradesmen who have worked for us on a regular basis for periods ranging from four to sixteen years.

They are all extremely reliable, very trustworthy and highly skilled at their particular trade.

Our working area is confined to Billericay,Shenfield, Brentwood, Ingatestone and fryerning. Being based in Billericay, we are never more than fifteen minutes away from our work sites and as a result can respond quicky and efficiently to any materials requirements or issues that my arise.
